Women's Bible Study | September 28
Mondays 6:30-8 p.m. and Wednesdays 10-11:45 a.m., starting 9/28 and 9/30, in the Media room.
Women's Bible study is starting up a 7 week study of "Daring Joy" by Nicole Zasowski. This study will offer through-provoking questions and exercises to help you engage with 6 women in the Bible and apply their enduring joy to your life. ?
Joy can feel risky. When you've experienced pain of any kind, it can feel easier not to dream than to be disappointed, or not to hope than to be left heartbroken. If you ever feel like it's safer not to embrace joy at all than to hold something that might break, you're not alone. Thankfully, the Bible paints a different picture-one that gives you the courage to hold on to joy regardless of your circumstances.
This study has a short video (each less than 20 minutes), where Nicole will share some insights with us. We will also spend some time in small groups together, in discussion and prayer.
We will be selling books at the church starting on September 20. Scholarships are available. Books are $17 (Cash, check or Venmo)

? Fall Fest is Almost Here - Join Us October 18th!
Bring your friends and family to Fall Fest for an afternoon of fun at Community Covenant Church! Enjoy bounce houses, hay rides, carnival games, candy, and time together with our neighbors. There's something for every age, and we'd love to see you there.
Please note the date change: Fall Fest has moved from Saturday to Sunday, October 18. On Saturday, our church will provide a pit stop for the 2026 Ride Santa Barbara 100. We're grateful for another opportunity to serve our community that weekend!

Each year, Fall Fest welcomes around 500 people from our community. We'd love your help making Sunday, October 18 a warm and memorable day for every guest!
Sign up to serve with games, bounce houses, hay rides, popcorn, nachos, or welcoming guests. You can sign up online using the button below or at the Welcome Table on Sunday.
Donate candy by bringing a bag to the Welcome Table on Sundays. Thank you for helping us share a fun day with our neighbors!
Our Kids Ministry is more than childcare-it's an opportunity to help children know they are loved by God, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Jesus.
Some of our faithful teachers are navigating circumstances that will keep them from serving for a season, and we need others to step in and help fill the gaps. If you have a heart for children and can serve one Sunday a month-or even just one Sunday-we would love to have you join us.
Come help us invest in the next generation. You will be blessed by the experience-and we have GREAT kids!

This is the last movie we will be offering for awhile so we moved it to Saturday so more people could enjoy. So bring friends and family to enjoy this PG-13 movie featuring Ryan Gosling as science teacher Ryland Grace wakes up on a spaceship with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory slowly returns, he soon discovers he must solve the riddle behind a mysterious substance that's causing the sun to die out. As details of the mission unravel, he calls on his scientific training and sheer ingenuity -- but he may not have to do it alone.

CCC BookClub

Do you like to read books and discuss your ideas with others? Are you interested in what great authors have to say about the Christian walk? If so, please join the Community Covenant Book Club, which meets at 3:00 the last Wednesday of every month in the Media Room at the Church. Our Prayer Team is available after every service and would be honored to pray with you-whether your request feels big, small, or somewhere in between. No judgment. No pressure. Just people who care and want to seek God alongside you.
Can't stay after service? You can also submit a prayer request using the Prayer Request Tool below. Every request is received with care, prayed over faithfully, and treated with appropriate confidentiality.
