We are now very close to celebrating the birth of Jesus, which brings us to the theme of love. The core of the gospel rests in the truth that Jesus loved us first, but our love back to him is another amazing way we can prepare for his second return.

Memorial Service for Norma Eggli Saturday, January 4th | 1:00 PM
We invite you to join us as we celebrate the life and love of Norma Eggli on Saturday, January 4th, at 1:00 PM here at Community Covenant Church of Goleta.
Following the service, a reception will be held in our courtyard (Kids Area). We would appreciate your help in providing food for the reception. If you'd like to contribute, please sign up using the link below.

Budget Update
As we approach the end of the year, here's a quick update:
?️ Where we're at: The Leadership Board thanks the congregation for its faithful support of Community Covenant ministries through gifts of time, talents, and treasure! As you consider making year-end charitable contributions, it may be helpful for you to know that gifts to the church this fiscal year have fallen short of the budget for unrestricted tithes and offerings; at the end of November, this shortfall was $25,000.
? Year-End Giving Opportunity: As you consider your year-end charitable contributions, we hope this update is helpful. Your gifts go directly toward life-changing ministry, making a real impact in our church and beyond.
