Usually the last Sunday in November is the first Sunday of Advent. Not so this year, because Christmas Eve falls on fourth Sunday of Advent. However, as we look toward the Advent season that begins December 3, let’s prepare our hearts by considering what it means to live in the period after the Ascension of Jesus, but before his sure return.
